Lots of the kunark lvl 60 spells were more rare on live. I played a wizard and wanted sunstrike, but wasn't willing to pay 40k for it in luclin era and then it became obsolete especially with PoP and the lvl cap increase. On this server however, all kunark dragons, including VP, are cleared regularly, and the lvl 60 kunark spells drop fairly frequently in VP.
