Honestly, throwing a hissy fit, insinuating your intent to attempt litigation and accusing the powers that be of favoritism isn't lending you any credibility. Have some patience and some faith that if you weren't cheating, you'll be indemnified. Or, if you know there's nothing to be done because you really are a cheating piece of shit, then continue with the histrionics, by all means.
