Lets try this first. Should solve the issue with the missing dll above.
Go to
https://www.dll-files.com/download/2...BSSEZEdWF0Zz09
download that dll.
then extract that into one of these locations:
C:\Windows\System32 - For windows 64 bit. Most likely this location.
or
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ - 32 bit Windows Installations
let me know if that makes a difference. I would suggest doing a system restart after placing it here. |
