Ignore / Block him and move on. You'd have a lot of work ahead of you if you tried to get everyone who was misinformed about various topics to admit they're misinformed.
There's 8 billion people on the planet, and out of those 8 billion: ~5,000 or so are so set in their ways that they won't move on from Velious era EverQuest.
