So while the video snippets are genuine footage of the robot's capabilities in a controlled environment, it is pre-programming and motion conversion from human movements.

The movements are the result of advanced control systems and not necessarily the robot's ability to "think" for itself.
Yeah most 3 year olds are pretty incapable of replacing me in the work force, but in about 12-15 years they are.
