They are a supply and demand economy and less socialist than America.
Dollar for dollar there is more spending on social programs in the USA at around ~21–23% of our GDP while China spends around 6%
Second of all, we paid for everything in that country that isnt a dirt road with our supply and demand economy giving them all our jobs.
