at level 6 you can do quit well in QA i dont think there is a better starting area.
So many quest items to turn in at surfall for a full inventory of like +1 stat items and 5 hp earings, rings and stuff.
Magic gloves for monks.
Injured rats, alligator eggs, frogs, cubes, everything there drops a great item for a fresh most classic start!
If you can (good race) go to surfall to get some quests!
