Seems suspicious that this person is actively tracking and killing quillmane and his PHs but yet 2 other people happen to be closer to quillmane with enough time to kill him and loot him, that weren't even seeking him out in the first place, without the person that is actively tracking and killing being there in time to intervene? Doesn't really add up.
The Tracker/killer would be aware of the Quillmane spawn before anyone else in the zone as they have the respawn timer and the ability to track. So literally to the second the tracker has quillmane on track immediately on spawn, tracks him, and starts running towards him (side note all track classes have sow speed or better).
Now somehow we're to believe that while the tracker is actively tracking and running directly to Quillmane, that other people in the zone randomly (a zone that rarely has a few people in it) happen to randomly notice that Quillmane is up, just so happens to be within their line of sight, with no sign of anyone in the area pursuing him. Then proceed to kill him, then have the time to say in OOC that he is dead, that he dropped a cloak, and what his loc is. And after all of that we're to believe that there was also someone else that was just so lucky to also be standing in the same area, was in need of a cloak, and was able to loot the corpse after all this time has passed.
Somehow in all of this the person that is actively killing and tracking the spawn, which already was tracking and running towards Quillmane, then was provided with the loc of the corpse, was still unable to secure the loot before this other random person was there to loot it?
Sounds like someone fell asleep, Quillmane pathed over split paw, one of the only places in the zone whether other players would be (indicating he had been up and roaming for a while) and then he woke up to find out there was a quillmane pop that died and dropped a cloak and was looted rightfully and fairly by a good standing citizen of norrath and "afk farmer" was all butt hurt that they didn't get charity cloak for them.
