One of the cores to mental health is repeated ongoing positive in-person social interactions. You need to be repeatedly seeing the same groups of people, have a good time with them, and expect to be seeing them again in the near future. It is also good to have multiple, separate groups too.

Well stated, seems like this is a piece we're missing a lot of, aka, need a lot more of in today's world.
