I understand.
As a side note, tendon stretches (like where you hold your arm in front of you with your palm up, then pull your fingers back under the arm, for say 30 seconds) can help a lot. So can icing the arm a couple times a day, or taking large quantities of Ibuprofen (DO NOT do that last one without talking to your doctor first, as it can wreck your liver if you take too much ... but if you take the max amount for a week it can really get the inflammation down).
All that being said, I think if there's any solution to be found, it will likely have to come from your operating systems' accessibility features, which vary by OS. There is software that could solve it ... see
