I wager Quarm is not going anywhere unless they get THJ'd by DBG. Instanced raids with 7 day lockouts are attractive. No need for all the drama and Guild agreements.
I am skeptical if merging blue and green and then launching a Green 2.0 will change much on the player base population.
I wager a Green 2.0 will be pretty much full of players that leave both blue and green to play on it.
