I mean. Everything dies eventually. Even if we did new servers and merges the servers would inevitably die. Eventually everyone who ever played actual Everquest will be dead. People are starting to die already.
Question is only how long it'd take and I wouldn't be surprised if p99 didn't have at least a small community of 50-500 concurrent players 10 years from now even if no fresh or merge.
