Are you getting the no drop loot confirmation box?
My first instinct is this may be hidden off screen somewhere. Have you tried minimising all your chat windows and stuff?
You can turn on fast loot nodrop or find the window’s location in your character ui files and change its x,y positions to some where you know it would show on screen.
