Few guilds “demand” people to swap. They should, but they don’t.
Not many people are self aware enough for realize if there in an excess of their class at a raid where the effect isn’t cumulative. Even less are humble enough to realize when they aren’t the most skilled, best geared, and/or hardest working of that class. It’s why you get 10 shamans at AoW, or a dozen Knights in ToV that won’t volunteer to tank trash.
If you are going to warmbody, play a bot. Or level a class you can chill out on and still actually contribute.
