100%. The Wyvern Hide Tunic will drop off those mobs, and the wiki seems to be mostly accurate with their loot tables.
My enchanter was running 19 mobs per respawn I think? Maybe more, it's been a long time. The two named healing wyrms and every Fe'Dhar between them and up to the first room full of them with the teleporter.
I don't even want to think about how miserable that camp would be with just 5-6 mobs per respawn cycle.
