I made this post because I felt in every videogame it forces or wants you to take ACTION. Use your own agency. But when you do that you will someday be put in a high place and rule over others, become rich or something. So this is why I don't understand what humility is. Aren't all the homeless people, at least the genuine homeless ones, more humble than the common people, since they don't own anything?

Doesn't the government plan for centuries to make us own nothing? You will own nothing and be happy. That was the vision of Valve for Half-Life 2. They expected a power to take control over all governments and give a dominating one world government, hence the Combine Universal Union.

It seems like this is about to take place but only in the future. It is far too early for it now in my opinion, but I believe it will happen. I just don't understand what humility is. I don't get it. It seems everything like working out to become strong, eating the right foods to remain healthy, striving for more wealth and power, looking for a wife, isn't all of this a form of controlling your environment thus being prideful about your own agency whereas humility is the opposite in going with the flow or releasing your entire grip of control and leaving things to God?

I just don't get how humility works or how I can apply it in life. If I'm being hit and struck down, am I supposed to just take it? Because that's the definition of humility turning the other cheek.
