It seems any pure melee or “healer” archetype gets 210 bind wound. On that basis it makes sense why rangers, sk’s and bards wouldn’t apply.
As for the rational since they need bind wound more than healers and paladins? No clue there. My ranger almost always has greater healing on the bar.
