Using this
map of High Pass, we see that the above /locs place Becker at Tiger's Roar (#3), Ranlem at Top of the World (#2), and Stald just outside the Guard House. Taken with the above comments, this may indicate a shared spawn/route. If they paused at each location for a time, it might also explain the
quest write-up on Allakhazam:
