Setting aside the assumption that gatherers depended on hunters when the reality seems to be the other way around in the vast majority of cultures historically, that seems inaccurate on its face as well. Psychopaths may be hunters (or gatherers), but not all hunters (or gatherers) are psychopaths.
The features that make a psychopath simply tend to be beneficial in corporate culture - aggression, narcissism, blame-shifting, lack of empathy, delusions of grandeur, etc.

if you mean the pencil factory relies on pencil makers not the guy who built the pencil factory then that is just cope.
you can live without the hunters by eating berries sure but the hunters keep bringing sizzling steaks and cool skull crowns back to the camp.
So Im gonna just keep handing over berries to trade them for some of that.
