NEW CHANGES TO HATE
Inny 2.0 from TAKP, I had like 7 versions of Inny but not the p99 277k one, with the 2.0 racial item loot, so good I would have had to do this anyway. Switched his spells and everything. He still spawns at the top of the ramp though I kind of like that? Fuck it.
Mini Boss changes. They are now individual spawns, 24 hour respawn rate, static placement. P99 has them more rare, 3 days, random spots, not many up, I want these to be my main vehicle for Garage Box PVP.

- Ashenbone Brood whatever in the back behind the Church where the drakes are.

- Mistress of Scorn kind of back near the scorns where you normally find her down that hall.
- Coercor at one of the first houses near zone in on the way to church on your right.
- Master of Spite uptop behind Inny maybe I could change that one lol

2.0 Inny loot ranger epic piece and all the Racial Junk.
Streamlined all the NPCS loot tables so I can fine tune armor drop rates, I think I added mobs but they used new age loot tables. Hate was revamped 10 times over the years so it's really just the biggest of big shit shows on EQEMU I'd say.
I might add one Lich in to roam the entrance path just for classic vibes, maybe one rat, but I won't go back to full retard.
