Sadly yes a new platform is needed for some of these more adult games like "No Mercy."
Oh my the concept of that game is way too much Oedipus (Am not talking about the main character but the drug dependent son and mom tangent story) and without looking further I am sure the others listed by Reiwa that were removed is probably for the best.

Having the separate platform with Patreon supporters and adult assurance is probably best.
