Yeah I can't think of any major issues. Nothing content wise, the only concern will be potential quest mobs that don't spawn at night or reset properly.
Founy / Tanir or w/e two rogue Guildmasters that are supposed to be pick pocketed for the Rogue epic, are supposed to respawn once a day to give you a chance of an item. That mechanic is broken so I just made them both lvl 1, 1 hp mobs that people will kill for the item.
I can't of many examples like this where it will affect things. Most things just have a timer you camp it etc. There aren't many Spawnconditions and daynight shit in the DB I could go through it that way one by one and see for sure.
