Admitting defeat... for now. Cannot figure out anyway in the DB to disable /who all, or prevent my DB from auto patching that stuff back to the PEQ defaults. I was deep in window processes and task schedulers trying to find how the Akka server defaults back to PEQ defaults.
I'll get drunk and ponder the orbs. If anyone feels pity for poor retarded old Stasis you can give me a hint (Darksinga)
