I have this feature on my box it's really small but it says dynamic zones keep it's "state" intact which is really epic actually it's like having a fully popped world permanent, I remember you used to wait for dynamic reset to depop a zone, then reload in and get nameds, but this sporeking has been up for a few days now with dynamic zones.
I also noticed a cool feature, where a Froglok Hunter, was winged death, ran behind a zoneline, he took no dmg from dots, and eventually ran back. It didn't wear off either.
