Hey I gotta stick to my principles. I’ve always said theft is theft. It doesn’t matter if it’s being done to the government, to some rich douchebag, to some ultra wealthy corporation, it’s all still theft. And theft is always wrong. There shouldn’t be a “end justifies the means” clause to crime

These people knew they were stealing content by making Reddit, I guess they are called “Snark” threads where they posted where his vid could be streamed (not transformative, just streamed as is) so that his haters could watch without giving him click revenue

That’s theft and if he wants to punish it, so be it. I don’t see it as all that different than that one band who made that one album titled “steal this album” and then got pissed when people did

That being said, I have stolen music like everyone else in the Napster/Limewire days so I am no saint here

The slander stuff I’ve also always been for. There is too much completely untrue slander flying around online. I prefer the justice start from the top down meaning legacy media and major platforms, but if someone has a big enough platform of viewers and is just spouting untrue bullshit about someone, something might eventually be done
