Anyone OG enough to see one of these? I'd like to find a way to introduce GM event items that were limited, but tough to say how a proper way to do it would be without favoriting GM events, and one time items.

This post didn't get enough attention, I saw this on I think The Tribunal or something, in 1999, a Dwarf Paladin in the guild "The Elitists" ironic but true, I was low level just infront of Perma there was 100 of them and I was amazed by it all as a kid not taking part. I think it was The Tribunal can't remember, fuck.
Don't think I saw one on Tallon Zek but Brommix probably knows better than me as the resident pro of TZ/Red99.
