Raiding on Red in a nutshell is administrative work, you need to make sure you have enough Clerics and they know what they're doing. Oh shit one of them is drunk he's fucking up waste of time. Tanks do you have defensive are you ready, oh you forgot to click defensive you died. Oh the Cleric didn't heal you died, wipe. 30-45 mins rebuffing.
Also Raid times no one showed up on time, routinely an hour late to get started because no one parked, or gave a shit.
It's really just dealing with retards. That's what it felt like to me. I am sorry like, it was a good guild or whatever but it's not my cup of tea, so fuck it I'll go make what I want.
Where my box really lacks is credibility, and trust. Which I'm not sure if I can gain it, maybe if I'm the only box left, or people get tired of shitty of boxes being run by retards? Tough 2 say. I think the box is finished product now at least with fine tuning left. So there's that. Everytime I try this it gets better and better and maybe the tire kickers will stick around, maybe not.
