IFS legit is 6% chance, I put the RFS at 10% the same as Manastone, getting the frenzied to spawn with a 10% is brutal, but my game is accurate and brutal end game. IFS still drops 6% chance for jousting if anyone wants it so you actually have a bit of a bonus % monk weapon chance.

Rod is 10% like I think will be my standard for Legacy Items.

Never used it, it's at 100% which the post nerf staff was 100 I'll prob put at 10%.
