Yes. Again, the standard is "die, zone, camp, or fail to engage respawns in a reasonable amount of time" (and what you described involves none of those things).
EDIT: But keep in mind that the general rule for outside zones is that you can only camp a single spawn point, so
technically you are only guaranteed a single sister when you return.
