I love running. It’s really not so bad. It’s terrible to do to lose weight if already fat, I admit. But if someone is already fairly lean, then all they need to do is work out a speed where they feel comfortable and aren’t gasping for air, a speed they feel like they could continue all day if needed. Then just slowly increase that speed over time
I love to run outside and zen out. And I’ve seen all sorts of cool shit having done it a couple x/week for the past 6ish years. Crazy homeless dudes, wildlife, saw a UFO once running
