Update pvp code and relaunch red on recycled hardware and boom 600-800 active players again.

We just need (the 100% classic) /guildwar command to be implimented here.
If it was, we wouldn't even need Red. The PvPers could play on Blue/Green servers, and get all the benefits of being on a normal server with a healthy population ... but they could also organize themselves into PvP guilds, and war with each other to when they want to get their grief on.
