The solo artist page does not reflect how I would rank each NPC encounter. There is currently no community desire to change that aspect of the page, but there IS very clearly a desire to see a more accurate and representative tier list. Hence, the tier list has been changed to the exact different ways of doing challenges that the community has engaged in. In the future there might be a desire for even more tiers, such as a solo self-found tier for people who have completed challenges with worse gear.

You need to chill out. It's a copy of the solo challenge artist page. Everyone can see that. Nobody thinks you wrote the whole thing. It's just a template for you to get started on your own solo challenge list. You clearly have a lot of issues with the existing page. You can edit it however you want.

No, there isn't a clear desire to see your specific changes added to the community page. Nor do they make the wiki page more clear. What you are calling "consumables" were already clearly defined in the old version of the page. You are also very vague about things like what "moderate" usage is, for example.
