That's completely irrelevant to the outdated rules that you keep stupidly shouting about, not to mention all the other bullshit throughout this thread. He had already achieved "S" tier on his second attempt, according to that dumb page, but he wanted to do better still. What do you not understand?
The rules are now updated to accurately reflect the types of solo kills possible. His first kill was S* by using the C-heal clicky, the second was S-, and he's now at S by using no consumables but having buffs from other characters. S+ will be achieved when no consumables and no outside buffs are used.
