I guess self-actualization will be willingly experiencing “crowd crush” without anxiety. Jk don’t do that
I only experienced it once in my life where a panicked crowd was overflowing beyond the tiny space it was in, smashing into me hard from all sides. I’d exhale and be like uh oh, I literally can’t take a breath, ELBOWS OUT! The sad thing is I could feel ripples of anxiety through the people around me physically in their bodies which were smashed up against me
