I don't know about autotrack, but I've personally seen the Hate tracker two-box on many occasions during the months I tracked for my Mage's epic. Now, to be fair, some of those times were him 2-boxing a cleric to rez our guild's tracker (he's a very nice cheater) ... but I also saw him 2-box to rez himself.
The guy has been up in Hate farming the minis for
years at this point. You'd imagine the staff could easily check the logs and see "hate farming enchanter dies, cleric from a VPN IP address shows up a minute later, and rezzes him" ... happening over, and over ... and either see the pattern, or at least take the time to watch him.
But apparently they can't, because again, the guy has been up there doing it for years.
