Sure but let's also not ignore other moving parts required for other raid encounters, where specific class roles are understood and routinely performed as expected without instruction. Easily more than 10 non-warm bodies involve themselves with PoF, for example, and many don't fall into the category of play maker or raid leadership. They simply learn the zone and their class role in it, earning/spending DKP after rolling out of bed.

Similarly, none of the pull team's work matters without a force to kill the target. The pull team does typically involve the same familiar names, but it still adds/subtracts classes as needed from zone to zone. Bards in VP, druids/rangers in PoH, etc.
