make a cruelty server
* the only weapons & armor in the game are the sort you make in tradeskills and they're no-drop.
* no spell vendors, all spells must be researched and the components are no-drop.
* it's always night time and all races have the vision of human/barb/erudite
* bankers don't exist, you carry everything that you own.
