probably not by much more than any other market shock event that has happened lately there are so many illegal immigrants that it's impossible to actually fix. they would have to deport over 10,000 a day to get it done in trumps first term and they barely get 300, and they prioritize illegals with a criminal record
domestic meat is... domestic so it's more insulated than say chinese pork or australian beef
so reshore it, let the amish go back to selling meats the way they used to, and encourage them to expand their operations we could have entire towns of amish people who work to process thousands of cows a week but they aren't allowed to do it because government knows best
It's so hard to be a right-leaning environmentally concerned person because when you look into green legislation you realize this has nothing to do with environmentalism and it's entirely about control. We have changed nothing in the last 40 years of green consciousness, all we did was move the pollution from The West to china, india and SE asia, who are all polluting 100x worse then we ever were and they are doing it at scales we could not imagine.
Then a lefty politician goes on TV and tells me that I have to install LED light bulbs and buy less beef because of cow farts so please excuse me when I don't take anything they say seriously.
