There are more than 16
million different hex color codes ... but EQ had a color palette of
hundreds, so trying to find colors in P99 by hex code is a losing effort.
On top of that, the devs didn't want "feminine" colors (as EQ's target demographic was young male 90's gamers), so there are a lot fewer pink and purple options.
But that being said, the Twisted Nature armor:

And the "Rose", "Crimson" and "Red Rust" plate dyes:

all look fairly pink to me. There might even be other shades of red that look pink-ish, but we don't have fashion screenshots for every armor unfortunately.
