Also try a 30-60 minute walk in new shoes before running in them, or if in the gym doing anything but treadmill in them so your feet sweat a bit.
Kk yea I will try next time. My problem with new shoes tends to be, well I have really narrow feet (but long, size 12.5….basically big floppy clown feet), so my shoes tend to get laced so tight the lace rings are basically touching on each side

But not in new shoes. New shoes take a bit to get that tight. So at first I can only get them like 1/2 to 3/4 the distance to touching lace rings, and my feet end up sliding too much side to side when I’m running at any decent clip

Creating matching half dollar sized blisters on the inside of each foot [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

And I went ice skating today again as a date, so I had to re-tape up both blistered feet so I could get my money’s worth and skate the full 2ish hours. But I did make it, and didn’t fall neither. My date fell once, but she’s a lot better than me and can go backwards and stuff being from the cold east coast with their frozen ponds n shit. So she goes fast and takes chances that I don’t, so that’s why

And more of Ernie? Sure, I have a collar with my phone number on him so I might have to edit some, lemme see what I have taken recently on my phone…
