Warrior Footmans Pike (#2)
I was continuing the Iksar warrior questline, I was given a footmans pack and told by Drill Master Kyg in East Cabillis to fill it with four javelins, which I did and they combined correctly in the bag, and upon turning it in she just took the pack and I recieved nothing; no pike plans and no faction or xp.
