Reasoned for a few seconds
Imagine you're at a big birthday party where everyone's excited to get a piece of cake. But two kids start arguing about who should get the biggest slice. One kid, who's kind of a rule-bender, tries to twist the party rules to grab extra cake, while the other kid just grumbles and complains, even though he wasn’t really aiming for the big slice anyway.
Their loud fight delays the cake cutting, making everyone wait. The party host (the guild leader) is super frustrated because he spent the whole day trying to calm them down instead of enjoying the party with his friends. In the end, he reminds everyone that it's just cake—not a reason to be a grumpy meanie—and that sharing and having fun is what really matters.
