I already handed out all my toons loot to random players across Green server today. So, I'm out... what they have done is too much of a transgression and GMs as I figured took the position of not getting involved in a guilds internal loot process. But, this is raider 101. It reads like a child's picture book. Stay away and invest elsewhere. Don't buy the scale or investigate for RMT? Who knows what's really going on...
