It is an RPG with lovingly handcrafted main plot and side quests, but you have to feed, house, and wash yourself. If you run around covered in blood and shit, in tattered clothes, people will treat you like a filthy peasant.

I might give it a try. Looks pretty intresting. Does it have like skyrim magic and ghosts? Or am I just like delivering sealed scrolls to lords and kings?
