This is all I could find with some cursory looking:

- A 90 day freeze is a freeze. I don’t think it means “still send the baby formula though”
But then would critical items resume after 90 days? Or is the agency going to be shut down?

USAID is folded into the state department and Lil' Marco did a humanitarian waiver so PEPFAR and the like should be fine.
They say it's not working though.
