According to Google there are two departments that audit the Treasury, the OIG and the GAO
So now we are assuming that the treasury is corrupt, and these two agencies are also corrupt? Each extra corruption to me gets its likelyhood as a multiplier like a betting parley. Meaning I find each extra layer of corruption with (much) shittier and shittier odds of existing
So the formula to me would be like [possibility treasury is corrupt] * [possibility auditor 1 is corrupt] * [possibility auditor 2 is corrupt]
It’s still possible, I just find it highly unlikely

yeah exactly it's too public to be dirty, but an organization like usaid is expected to receive money from the treasury, and the majority of it all gets paid out to whatever whoever for various geopolitical uses, after USAID pays an NGO then an NGO pays a charitable fund then they give money to a Ukrainian television station to create the Ghost of Kyiv to rally the ukrainian people to resist their russian invader
or it could be for a trans musical in ireland, or buying 1000x marked up medicine from pfizer
