Yea, there could be some. But is it going to be as rampant as people think? I’m skeptical. not likely the treasury but USAID was some little known agency that had good optics with the actual humanitarian aid it provides, so even if people noticed it doing funny things a politician isn't likely to call it out because it's bad optics to be seen as the one who cuts humanitarian aid

inside that organization they built a slush fund structure to channel taxpayer dollars to places of certain interest and influence

anytime that someone got too close or threatened their corrupt money streams, they could threaten to create a political incident by "screwing up" the humanitarian aid
