Ok well I wouldn’t believe anything Russia is saying about Starlink as far as I could throw them. Russia and especially their military is a propaganda machine, I’m assuming everything they say is a lie at baseline. And my assumption about what Ukraine military says isn’t much better, remember the Ghost of Kyiv?
Does a starlink terminal mean starlink access too? And how would USAID determine this? Shouldn’t it be investigated by our military tech?

I think there is a pretty heavy astroturfing campaign to make it seem like trump is going to cut everything from everything and not just audit and shut down the corrupt stuff. Im sure there will be aid going out to places.
