Yes but the question still stands, they might have some extra reservations about Palestine, but I really don’t think it matters much where the people are from
No one wants the hassle of taking on thousands of extra low-skill or no-skill people. And if they say they do, it’s either to exploit them as a slave underclass or to sound virtuous on the internet

so there are basically no ethnic palestinians left on planet earth, not for like 1000 years. after WW2 a rabble of middle eastern people from all over the place decided they can't live with Israeli statehood so they all went to Israel and gaza and the west bank and all claimed that they were palestinian and Israel took their land that they didn't live on, never developed, never built settlements, never claimed statehood at the UN, and never cared about until Israel became a recognized state
99% of palestinians cannot trace their roots to that region, they just showed up after the jews did
the concept of "palestine" is nothing more than an anti-semetic effort to resist the jewish state
