First of all, Trumps plan was not followed. His plan was to withdrawal through peaceful negotiations and those prisoners was the
start of those negotiations and happened 2 months before the election.
Biden withdrew from those negotiations when he won that election and just left.
And that's why he left billions in weapons, afgans that helped us, and would have left the prisoners as well if trump didn't release them.
